Please inspect your purchase carefully immediately upon arrival. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise

Some odd, overweight, and/or oversized items can only be shipped by common carrier (truck/air freight), and may incur additional shipping fee's. We will notify you by phone, fax or email of any additional charges before shipment. Please allow additional time for ground transport.

International Shipping:

Western Technical Supply Co. Ltd. is not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, duty, customs or taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise reaches you. It is the customers sole responsibility to import goods once shipped.

Making A Purchase
Please read the following carefully.

Some orders are subject to Western Technical Supply Co. Ltd. verification procedure. We do this for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that order and that ship-to information is legitimate. This process rarely delays an order, and generally requires either a simple call-back or fax.

If your order requires Verification, we will advise you by phone or e-mail. This is why it's important that you leave accurate phone numbers when ordering.

It is also important that you understand what we mean by bill-to information on the checkout process. The bill-to address is the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The bill-to address you give us must agree with the address that the card issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information.

We do not currently allow different bill-to and shipping addresses via internet orders.

We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.
Tax Charges
If the order is shipped within British Columbia, the law requires that Provincial sales tax be added to the order total.

If you have tax exempt status please open a commercial account.

We do not collect Provincial tax for orders shipped outside of British Columbia.
All online purchases from within Canada are subject to 5% GST.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy
Western Technical does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy
How do I return an item?

All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.

There are no returns on:
- Blister-packed items once opened.
- Special Order merchandise.

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization. Call 1-877-986-2391 or 604 986 2391.

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only.

Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Western Technical Supply Co. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.

Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
