Shipping Times
Our business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
We are closed weekends and holidays and these do not count as business days.

Western Technical will endeavor to ship your order as soon as possible.
- Orders are shipped within 24 hrs.

Special Order item delivery times are estimates, we try to be as accurate as possible but sometimes there may be unforeseen delays.

Overweight and/or oversized items must be shipped via ground service, see truck delivery below.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.

Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

Shipping to North and West Vancouver is Free up to 50 lbs. Excluding special items.

Customers with registered accounts who have their own carrier accounts please indicate this and provide relevant details: Name of carrier, account number etc. We will keep it on file.

Customers who wish to pick-up at our office please indicate this.

We cannot ship to any of these locations: hotels, motels and resorts.

Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Truck Delivery:
Some odd, overweight, and/or oversized items can only be shipped by common carrier (truck/air freight). Please allow additional time for ground transport.

*All orders are subject to approval by our verification dept. We will notify you by phone, fax or email should your order be delayed.
Return & Exchange Policies
How do I return an item?

All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.

There are no returns on:
- Blister-packed items once opened.
- Special Order merchandise.

No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model only.

Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Not responsible for personal items left in returned merchandise.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Western Technical Supply Co. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 15%, at our sole discretion.

Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
