• The direct PDF and TIFF printing path of the HP Designjet 5500 series simplifies any workflow scenario. This printer, designed for flexibility, performs unattended in a variety of environments and supports multiple ink sets (dye-based or pigment-based UV inks), up to seven embedded printer languages (Adobe PDF 1.3, Adobe PS 3, TIFF, JPEG, CALS/G4, HPRTL, and HPGL2), and a variety of media, including graphics and CAD media. The HP Designjet 5500 series accommodates the smaller margin requirements (5 mm) of CAD applications.
