The included software solution integrates the scanner with HP Designjet large-format printers on your network, because the HP Designjet 4500 Scanner already has the same drivers as the printers. The scanner and software offer complete scan/copy/print functionality for technical, GIS and graphics applications. The output is available in the most common file formats (PDF, TIFF, JPEG and CALS G4) and in a variety of digital formats (DVD, CD, disk or file). o High processing speed makes short work of large files. The HP Designjet 4500 Scanner comes standard with an embedded operating system and an Intel Pentium IV processor. The 2.6Ghz processing speed, 1GB memory, and 30GB hard disk drive enable faster scan and copy performance.
